Gillian
Co-Founder of Infinity Academy | Curriculum & Instructional Lead
Gillian is an Ontario Certified Teacher and an Alternative & Nature School Math Coach.
Before founding Infinity Academy, Gillian was teaching in the public school system for over a decade in French Immersion classrooms & has experience as a Math Coach with Primary, Junior & Intermediate children. She left her job in public education because she no longer felt aligned with the institutional system That’s when she partnered with Jenna to bring to life a vision she had long held. Gillian uses her expertise in curriculum and assessment, through a project-based approach to nurture the natural curiosity and gifts of each child. She has shared her expertise in project-based learning at symposiums across Ontario, workshops virtually across North America, and is now consulting with schools all over the world.
Jenna
After working in both healthcare and education, she recognized the same systemic flaws in each—sparking a mission to build something radically different. That vision led her to co-found Infinity Academy with Gillian.
With her background in science and wellness, Jenna develops curriculum that helps kids truly thrive—rooted in permaculture, homesteading, and herbalism. Her NICU experience and science training play a vital role in curriculum design and launching schools with integrity and vitality. Today, she shares that expertise by consulting with schools around the world, helping them build environments where students grow through nature, inquiry, and real-world connection.

Jenna is a Registered Nurse (BScN), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, childbirth coach, and Ayurvedic nutritionist.
